At Renné we have worked hard to ensure placing an order is safe, straightforward and simple. Below are a few frequently asked questions regarding delivery. If you have a query that has not been answered please contact us personally and we will be very happy to help you.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All our jewellery is hand made. In general please allow 10 working days for delivery. Our semi precious pieces may take up to 4 weeks to be delivered. Please note… if you require your jewellery sooner please make us aware by writing your request in the notes section at the checkout or alternatively please call or email to discuss this with us.
Is my order on its way to me?
When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that you will not be able to track your order until the day after you receive your tracking information.
How will my jewellery arrive?
Your jewellery will be packaged safely and securely. It will arrive in a sparkly silver bubble envelope with a Renné sticker on the back… please let us know if you require a plane envelope for a surprise gift.
Who will deliver my parcel?
We send all parcels via Royal Mail , first class signed for.
What if my parcel doesn’t arrive?
If an item is lost in transit, please allow 15 days before it can officially be classed as lost. If you think it maybe lost, please contact us via email or telephone and we will do our best to assist you. After 15 days we can report the item as lost and make arrangements for another delivery.
Can you deliver to a different address to the invoice address?
No problem at all, just enter the delivery details at the checkout.
