Our Contact Information
Caring for Sterling Silver Jewellery
Silver can tarnish over time however silver that is regularly worn generally needs less care. Always keep your silver jewellery in a cool, dry place away from the bathroom and condensation. Apply any perfume or lotion before putting your jewellery on and always remember to take off before showering, sleeping and swimming.
We have a variety of polishes available to use on your sterling silver pieces including a silver dip and a cloth which can take away any tarnishing on the surface.
Caring for Semi-Precious Gemstones
Do not clean with any chemicals or solvents, precious stones are a natural material and have porous surfaces. Be careful not to hit or knock against any hard surfaces, keep wrapped in a Renné jewellery pocket or clutch for best protection.
Caring for Gold Plated Jewellery
Our 18 carat gold plated jewellery is more delicate than our sterling silver collection. Please take this into consideration when wearing and storing your gold plated pieces. Gold plating is a layer of 18 carat gold over sterling silver which in time can wear away. Avoid bringing your jewellery into contact with perfumes and lotions or swimming, take your jewellery off before showering and sleeping. We advise to store your collection in one of our handmade velvet pockets or clutches to ensure they are fully protected.
Please note we do offer a replating service, for more information email us firstname.lastname@example.org
